Customer Service

EXPRESS MANUFACTURING focuses on providing quality precision parts to Customers that require prompt and on time delivery. Our flexibility is founded on skilled people and CNC machinery enabling rapid job change over and set up. We normally operate two shifts each weekday and can quickly expand that schedule to meet our Customers' needs. A close working relationship is maintained with our Customers so that production schedules meet deadlines and finished parts meet specifications.

Quotations

We can quote based on anything from a concept sketch to a 3D image. We can respond to most quotations in two business days. Those requiring outside services such as plating, etc require two additional business days. We can return quotes within hours based on Customer needs. We have 3 seats of the most current edition of GibbsCam software that enables us to work from virtually any CAD/CAM or document format.These tools assist our Customers and us in a range of development engineering services.
